We are looking for a highly capable real estate manager to ensure that his team is motivated enough to perform remarkably under his supervision. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating rental agreements, purchasing supplies, and supervising staff members. An outstanding real estate Team Manager will be someone with sound abilities of building a team who can successfully manage and lead a team. Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of real estate operations, including off-plan sales, secondary market rental and sales, and property management. - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and rental targets. - Lead and manage a team of real estate agents and property managers. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders. - Stay abreast of market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities. - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. - Prepare regular reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications & Requirments: - Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred). - Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate management, with a proven track record of success. - Strong knowledge of off-plan sales, secondary market rental and sales, and property management. - Excellent leadership and management skills. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
