Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the Dubai real estate market, with a proven track record of driving sales and leading a team to achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.

- Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize team productivity and revenue.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes accountability and high performance.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

- Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market conditions for senior management.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the Dubai real estate market.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful team.

- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate landscape and regulatory environment.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Proficient in using real estate CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
