Professional requirements

- Ability to build and manage a team

- selection of Dubai real estate projects

- working with a marketer to increase leads

- leads distribution

- team motivation to successfully close deals

- knowledge of Russian, English (preferably Arabic)

- Experience in Human Resources (Preferred)

- the ability to systematize leads entering the company, and their correct division between agents in the team

- coordination of lead generation with a marketer

- driving license

We are offering you:

• Salary from 10,000 - 25,000 AED per month + commission
• Office in Dubai Marina
• Issuing of documents under company's name
• Medical insurance

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
