Role: Real Estate Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Control overall sales performance
• Leads management
• Monitor and improve agent execution of calls and viewings, focused on continuously closing more deals and overachieving set targets
• Drive the hiring, training and results of sales agents
• Build and maintain client relationships

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in Off Plan or Secondary market real estate sales, with a proven track record of overachievement
• Strong business acumen and a genuine enthusiasm for the luxury real estate sector
• Advanced knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Strong leadership skills, with experience and proven ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Advanced knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to discuss and test the knowledge of team members on their specialist areas of expertise
• Fluent in English
