Job Description
:One of our clients is a leading real estate agency located in Dubai are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping their brand narrative and engage with the audience through compelling content. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead recruitment, attracting and hiring qualified professionals for real estate positions.
- Develop and implement seamless onboarding programs for new hires.
- Foster positivity by addressing concerns, conflicts, and facilitating effective communication.
- Develop and update HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and industry standards.
- Oversee performance appraisals, providing guidance on goal-setting and professional development.
- Identify and coordinate training programs to enhance skills within the agency\xe2\x80\x99s workforce.
- Manage the compensation and benefits, ensuring competitiveness and satisfaction.
- Implement initiatives for engagement, including team-building, recognition, and feedback.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts, promoting a harmonious work environment.
- Stay updated on employment laws, ensuring adherence to legal standards.
- Promote initiatives for an equitable workplace.
- Develop plans for a talent pipeline in key roles.
- Implement wellness programs to support health and well-being.
- Maintain accurate HR records and utilize data for analysis and reporting.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing strategic HR guidance.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate in the UAE.
- Be educated to degree level.
- Be fluent in English along with your native language
- UAE Driving License \xe2\x80\x93 preferred.
- Be capable of growing a solid social media presence.
