Here\'s a breakdown of what the job role typically entails: \xc2\xb7 Ensure achievement of monthly sales/lease targets whilst building the Company\'s reputation and long-term sustainability.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote real estate properties and property management services to prospective clients.
- Identify and target key clients in the real estate market, including property owners, investors, and developers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present real estate properties and property management solutions effectively to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Negotiate property management contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and guidelines in all selling/leasing and property management activities.
- Integrate sales/lease efforts with organized marketing activities and attend and participate in events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate sales/ lease, create more sales/ lease leads and collect
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the real estate industry, with a focus on both property sales and property management.
- Strong understanding of real estate and property management concepts, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- In depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations surrounding property management are mandatory
- Customer focused and bottom line oriented
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
