REAL ESTATE ADMIN - POSITION

Description :
Following Criteria -
Candidates must have / with Real Estate Admin Support Experience.
- Can Complete Contracts / Paperwork for all Real Estate Transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed quickly.
- Skilled in Computer Programs, Microscoft Office, Adobe, Google Suite
- Trakheesi and RERA
- Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle credit system and listings. - Knowledgeable in Property Finder CRM or any other CRM
- Coordinating with all staffs within the company and with clients for all property needs.
- Independently managing In-Bound and Out-Bound Emails and WhatsApp Correspondents.
- Preparing Invoices, receipt to and from the customers / clients.
- Updating Property of Sale and Rent to Online Portals on Daily Basis
- Answer and direction phone calls, responding to inquiries and providing information to clients.
- Maintain and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangement for the team.
- Prepare and process various documents, including reports, letters , and contracts
- Manage and Maintain Electronic and Paper Filling Systems, Ensuring Easy Access to Information.
- Provide General Office Support, such as ordering supplies, sorting mail, and coordinating with facilities management
- Assist with special projects and events, as needed.
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills, With the Ability to Prioritize and Manage Multiple Task Simultaneously
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to maintain Confidentiality and handle sensitive information with Discretion.
- Coordinating with all staffs within the company and with clients for all property needs.
- Independently managing In-Bound and Out-Bound Emails and WhatsApp Correspondents.
- Preparing Invoices, receipt to and from the customers / clients.
- Updating Property of Sale and Rent to Online Portals on Daily Basis.
- Accurately and efficiently Prepare and Assist with All Leasing Paperworks. (ie. Lease Agreements, Employment and Credit Checks, Etc.)
- Maintain day to day Accounts of All Sales and Leases
- Renewal Rent to Follow up
- Preparing all property accounts as per RERA (training will be provided)
- Performing other job duties as assigned, like answering phone calls from clients queries.
- Good phone manners are self-evident

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
• real estate admin: 1 year (Preferred)
