As a Sales Agent at Sharkoss Real Estate, you will play a key role in building relationships with clients and closing property sales. You will have access to a wide range of properties and tools to help you succeed. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Identifying and approaching potential buyers and sellers.
Providing professional advice on the Dubai real estate market and property trends.
Conducting property viewings and following up on leads.
Negotiating and closing sales deals.
Meeting sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate sales agent in Dubai.
Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong network of clients and contacts is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid UAE driving license and car preferred.
Fluent in English, (Arabic & other languages are a plus).
