PSI Real Estate is seeking motivated and energetic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, while fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.

- Conduct property appraisals to determine the appropriate selling price.

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the real estate transaction process.

- Market properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking events.

- Show properties to prospective buyers, providing them with relevant information about the property and the surrounding area.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.

- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.

- Attend training sessions and continuing education to enhance your skills and knowledge.

- Build and maintain a professional network to generate leads and referrals.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Proficient in using technology and real estate software.
