As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring the overall success of the team. Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team goals.
Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and exceed performance targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, emphasizing open communication and accountability.
Provide support and guidance to team members in negotiations, deal structuring, and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a successful real estate team leader
Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
At least 3 years as a team leader in Real Estate sector.
