Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Team Leader at prominent real estate company located in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Mall. The Real Estate Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including sales, training, and team support. You will also play a key role in strategic decision-making, business development, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Qualifications
Expected Start Date: 01/05/2024
- Off plan selling skills
- Experience in team administration
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi market, clients and real estate developers
- Understanding of off-plan real estate
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Minimum of 1-2 Years of experience in real estate.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as real estate team lead (MUST).
- Bachelor\'s degree in, Business Administration, or related field
- sales: 1 year (Required)
- English (Preferred)
