Salary: 10,000 AED per month + 6% Commission on Team Performance

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Team Leader to oversee and drive the success of our real estate sales team in Dubai. With a strong background in sales and leadership, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of real estate agents, providing guidance and support to help them achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive team performance and maximize revenue.
• Performance Management: Monitor team performance metrics, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and advice to the team.
• Client Relationship Management: Oversee client interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Training and Development: Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team, keeping them updated on industry best practices.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market conditions to senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure all team activities comply with local real estate regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent leadership and motivational skills, strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including property trends, legal regulations, and competitive dynamics.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Relevant real estate certifications or licenses are a plus.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
