3D CONSTRACTION REAL ESTATE is seeking seasoned enthusiastic Real Estate Agents to join our esteemed team. We are dedicated to excellence and redefining modern living, enhancing with exquisite designs and unparalleled amenities the real estate experience for our clients and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide personalized service to meet those needs.
Property Management: Manage listings, conduct property showings, and guide clients through the buying or renting process.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, property values, real estate market developments, and customer preferences in Dubai's off-plan sector.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Lead Generation: Utilize provided tools and resources to generate and manage high-quality leads.
Documentation: Assist clients with the necessary documentation and legal processes related to real estate transactions. Ensure all property-related documents are accurate and in order.
Off-Plan Project Sales: Showcase and sell off-plan projects that we partner with from various developers.
Quality Leads: Maintain a steady stream of high-quality leads to achieve sales goals.
Tools and Support: Must be experienced with comprehensive tools, resources, and support to enhance performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years previous experience in real estate is required. Familiarity with the Dubai off-plan property market is a plus.

License: A valid real estate license is required. RERA license preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED21,000.00 per month
