Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect, identify, and engage with clients interested in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties. Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company or acquired independently. Schedule and conduct property viewings, accurately presenting property features and benefits to clients. Negotiate offers and close transactions efficiently while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, real estate laws, and industry developments. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role in the UAE market. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented. Excellent interpersonal and client service abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus. RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory. Multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
