We Abdulla Mohammed Noor Saadat Properties are landlord and we own several buildings around Dubai . Currently we are hiring a real estate sales person who could be able to coordinate with the interested tenants and book the flats and apartments. Responsibilities: 1. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly 2. Skillfully negotiate terms, prices and contracts to reach beneficial agreements. 3. Stay adaptable and responsive to changes in the market and customer needs 4. Coordinate and conduct property viewing, addressing client inquiries and showcasing the unique features of each property 5. Set and achieve sales goals and targets, consistently striving to exceed expectations Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. Previous experience in sales, whether in a similar industry or role, is often preferred 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients. 4. Capacity to adapt changing market conditions 5. Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms and agreements Benefits: Salary plus Commission Accommodation will be provided VISA and Insurance will be provided Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 per month
