Your position is critical in developing and sustaining client relationships, providing professional advice, and ensuring the smooth operation of real estate transactions. This role necessitates a thorough knowledge of Dubai\'s real estate market, as well as great interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced atmosphere. Their sales departments include Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, and Property Management.Key Responsibilities:
Achieving apartment and villa sales targets.
Conducting thorough market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and opportunities in Dubai.
Proficient in using a CRM system.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential buyers, sellers, and landlords.
Provide expert advice to clients on property investment strategies, financing options, and legal requirements.
Adhere to marketing brand guidelines.
Staying compliant with real estate laws and regulations in Dubai to ensuring all transactions are conducted professionally and legally.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and property listings.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record in real estate sales or property consultation
Strong knowledge of Dubai\'s property market, including key areas and market dynamics.
