Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our direct sales team in driving revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service, and achieving sales targets aligned with our business objectives.   • Lead the sales team to acquire new clients and develop business through direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Provide personalized portfolio solutions to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Utilize social and public media marketing campaigns to maximize revenue and close leads.
  • Independently identify and pursue sales opportunities, delivering compelling presentations and closing deals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, offering pre and post-sales support to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and optimize the conversion of leads into customers.
  • Conduct meetings with clients requiring specialized attention or facing challenging situations.
  • Actively participate in deal closures alongside the sales team.
  • Coach, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications: Skills:
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive networking approach.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead by example and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Education:
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited university; Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of sales experience in Real Estate Brokerage, Developer, and/or Timeshare sectors.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in team management.
