Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage a small team of real estate agents and hit the financial targets set by the Sales Director
- Offer advice and motivate Sales agents to close deals
- Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale
- Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve
- Real Estate Sales Experience
- Sales Management Experience
