We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager who is fluent in Russian to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving business growth, and maintaining strong client relationships within the Russian-speaking community. Your primary focus will be on overseeing real estate transactions, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the success of our sales team. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Russian-speaking market, including networking events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create effective promotional materials targeting Russian-speaking clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, contracts, and leases.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and financial transactions using CRM software.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to real estate sales.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Fluent in Russian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
