Real Estate Sales Manager

to lead our team of real estate agents. You will oversee the sales team, develop sales strategies, drive business growth, and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service. This position requires a strong leader with deep knowledge of the real estate market, excellent coaching abilities, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, aligned with the company's objectives. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to agents, helping them improve their sales skills and customer service. Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements when necessary. Identify new business opportunities, including expanding client relationships and securing listings. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies. Foster and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring top-notch service throughout the buying and selling process. Track sales metrics, analyze trends, and report performance to senior leadership. Stay informed about local real estate market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Real Estate Sales Manager

or in a senior real estate sales position with leadership experience. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Deep knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends. Ability to analyze market data and sales performance. Proficiency with CRM systems and other real estate software. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
