is known for its in-depth market knowledge, commitment to customer satisfaction, and a wide property portfolio in the pre-sale, resale, and new home markets. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Overview:


As an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, or leasing pre-sale, resale, and new properties, as well as managing the team.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruit, train, and guide new sales agents to build an efficient team responsible for pre-sale, resale, and new home sales. Set clear performance expectations and goals for the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives. Foster a collaborative, supportive, and professional team environment to drive sales growth. Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams to identify the sales team's recruitment needs and actively participate in the hiring process. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates' skills, and select new agents who align with company culture and sales goals. Ensure all agents follow established sales processes and guidelines from initial client contact to closing. Continuously provide guidance and training on sales strategies, industry trends, and best practices to team members. Track and analyze individual and team sales performance, identifying areas for improvement. Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management, outlining team achievements and challenges. Offer guidance and support to the team in handling client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:



Sales Skills:

Ability to sell properties, meet sales targets, and close deals efficiently.

Networking:

Ability to build relationships with clients, developers, other agents, and industry professionals.

Microsoft Office Skills:

Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software (e.g., MS Office).

Experience:

3-4 years (required).

Education:

Minimum of a degree or high school diploma.

Compensation and Benefits:



80% commission on personal client leads

- For deals closed from your own client leads, you will retain most of the commission.

50% commission on company client leads

- For deals closed from company-provided leads, you will receive a fair commission split.

Visa Support:

The company will provide visa sponsorship (if applicable) to support your employment.

Salary to be discussed during the interview.
