Are you an experienced Sales Professional with a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and have passion for off-plan property sales? NHD REAL ESTATE is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive the success of our off-plan property projects.

We are looking for :

• Experience: 2-3 Years of Experience in Dubai Real Estate is mandatory (Off-Plan and Secondary market focus).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong track record of sales success and leadership in a real estate setting.
• In-depth knowledge of off-plan properties, market trends, and the Dubai real estate landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, Arabic, German, Turkish & Italian
• Driving License is plus point.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and drive market share.
• Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals.

Team Leadership and Development

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Mentor and motivate team members to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to optimize team performance.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and address client needs and concerns, providing customized solutions and high-quality service.

Sales Operations and Reporting

• Manage and oversee daily sales operations, including lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to present to senior management.
• Analyze sales metrics to optimize strategies and improve performance.

Market Expansion and New Opportunities

• Explore and capitalize on new market segments and geographic areas for business growth.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials.
• Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
