Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within the Dubai real estate market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and overseeing the development and execution of effective sales strategies in this fast-paced and competitive industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the Dubai real estate market, focusing on residential, commercial, or luxury properties off plan and secondary market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners, offering exceptional customer service and real estate solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and high-value opportunities within the Dubai real estate sector.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with marketing, property management, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and effective promotion of real estate listings and developments.
• Attend property viewings, networking events, and real estate expos to promote properties and grow the company's network in the market.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Dubai real estate market, with a strong understanding of local real estate trends, regulations, and customer preferences.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales performance and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws, property market dynamics, and investment opportunities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Real Estate, or a related field; Real Estate certification/licensing is a plus.
