The Role
This role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving the sales team's overall performance to achieve company goals. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to maximize their performance. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. - Prepare and present sales reports to the CEO. - Ensure compliance with all local real estate regulations and company policies. - Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to enhance sales efforts.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and local regulations. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or other languages is a plus.
