Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager at SAMANA Developers in Dubai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with brokers and clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communication with clients, providing property information, handling inquiries, and addressing any concerns to enhance client experience and drive sales.

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years experience in Dubai with developer

Having a good dubai real estate network

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills

Customer service orientation and client management experience

Knowledge of real estate market trends and property sales processes

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month + commission

Experience:

• Real estate sales: 2 years with developer (Required)
