Requirements:
Proven experience for 6 to 10 years as a Sales Manager in real estate or a related industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide your team.
Excellent communication, personality, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
In-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate market.
Based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
2. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive growth.
3. Manage property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing.
4. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
6. Arrange, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers and agreements between both parties.
7. Presenting projects to potential clients.
8. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
9. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
10. Planning monthly sales targets and executing them within a given time frame and also handles sales activities to close predefined sales targets.
11. Provide regular reports on sales performance to management.
12. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
