Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage Sales Team: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business growth and market share in the local real estate market.
• Set Goals & Performance Metrics: Establish individual and team performance goals and track progress towards achieving these objectives.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge of the real estate market.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and ensure the team stays ahead of industry changes.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Contract Negotiation: Assist in contract negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Lead Generation: Develop and execute marketing and lead generation strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of new business.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all team activities and sales transactions comply with local real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
