Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Execution
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed real estate sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
• Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Understand clients' needs and offer tailored property solutions.
• Manage client interactions, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction process.
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Business Development
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and participation in property exhibitions.
• Develop partnerships with investors and key industry stakeholders.
• Explore opportunities in emerging market segments to drive growth.
Market Research
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes in the UAE.
• Provide insights to the sales team and management to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with a proven sales record.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, real estate tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market and regulations.
