Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, demonstrating a strong ability to drive sales and manage client relationships effectively. This role involves overseeing a team of sales agents, developing sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are met while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market presence and increase revenue.

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.

- Train, mentor, and support sales agents to improve their performance and drive team success.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on sales performance to upper management.

- Stay updated on property listings, market conditions, and real estate regulations.

- Attend networking events and open houses to promote the company and its offerings.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Languages:

- Proficiency in English is required.

- Knowledge of other languages Russian, Chinese, Arabic... is highly advantageous.
