Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve targets, developing strategic sales plans, and nurturing relationships with clients. Qualifications:
-Proven experience in real estate sales and management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., real estate license) are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team goals.
- Develop strategies to enhance the productivity and performance oi the team, ensuring targets and RPi s are met.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to team members, staying current on industry trends and best practices.
- Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and competitor activities to guide decision-making.
