We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing business plans, implementing strategies to achieve sales goals, and motivating the team to ensure a high level of performance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage, train, and motivate sales team members to achieve set goals and targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and developments to optimize sales efforts.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of real estate market trends and customer needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
• Valid real estate agent/broker license (required).
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
