Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SALES MANAGER to drive the development of our Real Estate Agency, MAC MILLAN TRUST REAL ESTATE L.L.C, based in Dubai. Responsibilities:
• Strategic development of the agency
• Management and expansion of the client portfolio
• Coordination and supervision of the commercial team
• Development and implementation of marketing and commercial plans
• Performance monitoring and achievement of targets
Desired Profile:
• Significant experience in the real estate sector and commercial management
• Skills in strategic development and team management
• Excellent command of English and French
• Mandatory presence in Dubai
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
Conditions:
• Attractive fixed salary + commissions
• Conditions to be discussed based on the profile
