• Leading and Managing the Sales team
• The Sales Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet sales target
Setting sales target: The sales Manager sets targets for the team and monitors progress towards achieving these targets
Developing sales strategies: The Sales Manager develops and implements sales strategies to achieve sales targets, such as identifying target markets, creating sales plans,
Training Sales team,
Building and Maintain Client Relationships,
They are ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive excellent customer service.
Managing the sales pipeline: Ensuring the leads are followed up and opportunities are converted into sales. The Sales Manager analyzes sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Collaborating with other departments: The Sales Manager works closely with other departments to ensure the sales objectives are aligned with the overall goals of the company. Staying Up-to-date with market trends, industry development, and competitor activity and using this information to inform sales strategies.
Reporting to Senior Management: The Sales Manager provides regular reports to Senior Management on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant formation
