Job Description
We are seeking a competent Sales Manager for Real Estate with proven experience. The ideal candidate should have their own team and be capable of meeting and training them regularly.
Requirements:
• Good experience in real estate sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
