Responsibilities of Real Estate, Sales Manager:

• Leading and Managing the Sales team
• The Sales Manager is responsible for hiring, training and supervising the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet sales target
• Setting sales target: The sales Manager sets targets for the team and monitors progress towards achieving these targets
• Developing sales strategies: The Sales Manager develops and implements sales strategies to achieve sales targets, such as identifying target markets, creating sales plans
• Train Sales team
• Building and Maintain Client Relationship, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive excellent customer service
• Managing the sales pipeline: ensuring that the leads are followed up and that opportunities are converted into sales
• The Sales Manager analyses sales data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.
• Collaborating with other departments: The Sales Manager works closely with other departments to ensure the sales objectives are aligned with the overall goals of the company
• Staying Up-to-date with market trends, industry development and competitor activity and uses this information to inform sales strategies
• Reporting to Senior Management: The Sales Manager provides regular reports to Senior Management on sales performance, market trends and other relevant information
• Meeting sales target
• Meet with Clients
• Stay informed on Real Estate Industry in UAE

Real Estate Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications:

• Atleast 2 years of experience
• have a driver's license
