As the Real Estate Team Lead at FRE, you will be instrumental in driving team success, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the seamless execution of real estate transactions. Your leadership will be crucial in supporting and guiding the team to achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strong leadership to a team of real estate agents, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the sales manager to implement effective sales strategies. Ensure that team members are aligned with organizational goals and are equipped to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and provide ongoing coaching to enhance their skills. Conduct regular training sessions on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and assess individual and team performance. Implement performance improvement plans as needed, recognizing and rewarding top performers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Oversee the team\'s interactions with clients, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction. Provide guidance on complex transactions and customer concerns.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes. Share relevant insights with the team to enhance their understanding of the real estate landscape.
  • Collaboration with Management: Work closely with senior management to communicate team achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Provide input on setting realistic and achievable team goals.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all team activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies. Review and approve transaction-related paperwork to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Team Lead or similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai\'s real estate market and industry regulations.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Dubai Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
