### Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide training on sales techniques, customer engagement, and real estate market trends.
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance productivity.
2. Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers, emerging market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to create tailored sales campaigns and promotions.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle key client negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and closing deals.
- Address and resolve any client concerns promptly, promoting repeat business and referrals.
4. Market Analysis & Lead Generation:
- Analyze market trends, property values, and demographics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Generate new leads through networking, cold-calling, and digital marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation activities, including social media and events.
5. Sales Administration & Reporting:
- Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and sales targets.

- Ensure that all sales activities are compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
6. Contract & Negotiation Management:
- Guide the team in preparing contracts, handling negotiations, and closing transactions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and oversee compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Work closely with legal teams as needed to finalize property transactions.
7. Networking & Industry Engagement:
- Represent the company at real estate industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Establish relationships with real estate agents, brokers, developers, and other key players in the market.

### Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and familiarity with property portals.
