We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Arfeen Real Estate. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in sales leadership and team management, eager to make an impact in the real estate industry.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in the real estate industry with a proven track record in sales and client management.

Team Management:

Must have a team of at least 5 property consultants.

Transportation:

Must own a car to facilitate client meetings and property visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets and performance goals. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business. Provide training and continuous support to the sales team to enhance productivity and professional growth. Stay updated with market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
