Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and maximize revenue.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the secondary real estate market.

Team Leadership and Management:

Manage and mentor a team of 10 sales agents, ensuring individual and team sales goals are met.

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address challenges to maintain team motivation and productivity.

Market Analysis:

Analyze market trends, property values, and competitive dynamics to guide strategic decisions.

Stay updated on local and regional real estate market developments.

Client Relations:

Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.

Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Transaction Oversight:

Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, including listing, marketing, negotiations, and closing.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.

Marketing and Promotion:

Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote listings and attract buyers.

Leverage online platforms, social media, and traditional marketing channels to enhance visibility.

Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and team achievements.

Prepare sales forecasts and analyze data to refine strategies and meet objectives.

Training and Development:

Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the sales team.

Equip the team with knowledge on the latest market trends, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
