Job Overview:
REMAX Smart Concept is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across off-plan, secondary, commercial, and lease properties, with a strong track record in sales management. You will drive team performance through effective KPIs, provide strategic leadership, and ensure seamless operations using CRM and computer tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in off-plan, secondary, commercial, and lease properties.
• Set, monitor, and achieve team sales targets through KPI-driven performance.
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage client relationships, and optimize sales processes.
• Deliver impactful presentations to clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and legal requirements across all property sectors.
• Train, motivate, and develop team members to enhance productivity and performance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales management.
• Strong knowledge of off-plan, secondary, commercial, and lease properties.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and strong computer skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to set targets, manage teams, and exceed goals.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi's real estate market and industry regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
