Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Brokerage Manager to lead our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing agents, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the real estate market, and a proven track record in real estate management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily operations of the brokerage.
• Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to the team.
• Oversee transaction processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Real Estate: 5 years (Required)
