This is a full-time position with a competitive commission-based NP Real Estate LLC :

Real Estate Company seeks an experienced Sales Manager to manage the sales team, develop sales strategies, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee property transactions in the UAE market. Must have UAE real estate sales experience, exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, a sharp eye for market trends, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Real Estate Sales Agent Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to manage the sales team.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set individual sales targets.
• Work with agents on sales scripts.
• Tracked, collated, and interpreted sales figures and reports.
• Monitor the sales team's performance and activities and provide feedback and guidance.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Maintain and update the database of properties, clients, and leads.
• Research and analyze the market to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally and positively.
• identify potential clients, and build a network within the real estate market.
• Ability to Manage Team

Real Estate Sales Agent Qualifications :

• A minimum of three years of successful sales experience, with a preference for real estate industry.
• Familiarity with the real estate market in the UAE.
• The ability to juggle multiple clients
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a car and a valid UAE driving license is a plus.
• This is a full-time position with a competitive commission
• Must have 2-3 years experience in Real Estate.
• Fluent English and Arabic language skills are required
