we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving results. As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and mentoring a team of sales agents

- Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.

- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.

- Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review performance and address any challenges.

- Provide training, support, and guidance to sales agents.

- Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients.

- Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Build a competitive team in the real estate market.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate within Abu Dhabi.

- Expertise in off-plan property sales.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
