Are you an experienced and motivated sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? Liven Realty is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive our real estate business to new heights.Key Responsibilities:
AED 10,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.Requirements: Requirements:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.
- Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to the management team, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

- Education: A bachelor\'s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
