Key Responsibilities :
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in buying, selling, or renting real estate.
• Understand clients' needs and preferences, and provide personalized advice and property recommendations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated on new listings, market trends, and property viewings.
• Conduct property showings to potential buyers or renters, showcasing the key features of the property.
• Take detailed photos and write compelling descriptions for property listings.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and the features of various properties.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to promote properties (online listings, social media, flyers, etc.).
• Collaborate with photographers, marketing teams, or media agencies to enhance property visibility.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to ensure favorable terms for all parties.
• Prepare sales contracts and ensure all agreements comply with local real estate laws and regulations.
• Follow up on leads, prospective clients, and deals to ensure the closing of transactions.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and neighborhood developments.
• Monitor competitor properties and market conditions to offer clients the best options.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and offer letters.
• Maintain client records and a database of properties, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
• Ensure that all required paperwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Offer post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Address any client concerns or issues related to the property or transaction.
• Help clients with the property handover process, including inspections and paperwork.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
