We are looking for international Real Estate Sales Agents (Females) to assist our diverse clientele. previous real estate experience is preferred, The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide guidance and assistance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential buyers.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sales.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and property values.
• Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Russian, Chinese, or American English (spoken and written).
• Preferred nationalities: Russian, European, Chinese, USA/Canada.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory).
