: Real Estate Sales Manager Do you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment? Are you a proven leader with a passion for the Dubai real estate market? If so, we want to hear from you! We are an aspiring real estate brokerage firm in Dubai, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Drive Real Estate Business: Independently manage and grow the real estate division.
Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both the primary and secondary markets.
Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closing.
Coaching & Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales agents, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with key clients and developers.
Market Research: Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Business Growth: Drive business growth and profitability through innovative initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales in UAE, with a demonstrable track record of success in both primary and secondary markets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
A valid UAE real estate license.
Ready to join immediately and begin building a high-performing sales team.
Highly skilled in identifying and recruiting top talent in the Dubai real estate market.
