: Real Estate Sales Executive (Female Candidate)

Reports To : Sales Manager / CEO
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of residential and commercial properties. The role requires a confident and professional female candidate with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to help our clients make informed real estate decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
• Generate new business through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and real estate developers.
• Present property listings to clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of the features and benefits.
• Conduct property viewings and follow up on potential leads to close sales.
• Prepare and present real estate proposals and market information to clients.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay informed about the latest market trends, pricing, and property availability.
• Provide clients with updated information on real estate market conditions.
• Analyze competitor listings and market data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and needs.
• Offer advice on investment strategies and market trends to ensure clients make informed decisions.
• Negotiate deals and finalize contracts while ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and transactions.
• Coordinate with the legal and finance departments to ensure smooth processing of sales.
• Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and documents related to property sales.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
• Work closely with other sales executives to achieve team targets and goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Real estate certifications and licenses are a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential properties.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software tools (CRM, MLS, etc.).
• Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and real estate market trends.
