The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's real estate portfolio, developing long-term client relationships, and driving sales to achieve business growth.
Requirements:
• •Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales. •
• Education: Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, marketing or a related filed.
Liscense: Must have a UAE driving license and a car. •
•Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales target.
-In-depth knowledge of local real estate market.
- Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
•Sales & Client Management
- Proactively source and develop new leads through networking, cold calling and client referrals.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers and investors.
- Maintain regular communications with clients to provide updates on property listings and market conditions.
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth process from prospecting to contract signing.
•Market Knowledge & Analysis
-Stay up to date with current market trends, property values and competitor activities.
- Provide clients with guidance on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
-Conduct market research to identify opportunities for client's investment and expansion.
• Relationship Building & Networking
-Build and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate developers and legal advisors.
-Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and other relevant real estate functions to enhance visibility and business growth.
