- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
- Display and market real property to possible buyers.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements).
- Manage property auctions or exchanges.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors if required.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Minimum Education: B.A graduate
- Knowledge of the UAE market including competitive properties, areas, customer demographics and available real estate marketing platforms.
- Solid knowledge of economic measures and changes that may affect the Market.
- Thorough understanding of residential and commercial property management methods and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- To be a team player while having the ability to work unsupervised as required.
